Online Bill Payment
Wardwell Water & Sewer District is proud to announce Online Bill Payment is now available! Simply click the bill payment button and follow the prompts! You will need your account number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Note: All convenience fees listed below are charged by a third party company, not by Wardwell Water & Sewer District.
1. Visa, Mastercard & Discover credit/debit will incur $1.50 fee for payments less than $60.00.
2. For all payments in the amount of $60.01 and greater, a 2.49% fee will be charged per payment.
3. American Express payments will incur a fee of 3.5% plus $1.50 for each payment.
4. If convenience fee is accepted and authorized, the convenience fee will appear as a separate charge on cardholder's statement.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, payments must be received no later than the 25th of the month.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. * If you do not have your billing statement, you are required to show a picture ID to get the amount of your Account. Only information can be given to the Account holder or if you are listed as an authorized user on the Account. This is per the Red Flag Rule listed on the New Service section.
There is a drop-box located on the north side of the building for 24/7 access. Please do not place cash in the drop box.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Please be aware that your Financial Institution does send a paper check. It may take up to three weeks to receive the check and post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
