We do accept Debit/Credit Card Payments On-Line and at the Walk-Up
Window. We are not able to process payments over the telephone.
Water Rate Increase
August 01, 2017
Water Rates increased for the August 1, 2017 billing. From $2.78 per 1,000 gallons to $3.00 per 1,000 gallons.
Construction Water increased from $3.00 per 1,000 gallons to $4.00 per 1,000 gallons.
Clearance around fire hydrants & meter pits

**Please keep a 3 Foot radius around all fire hydrants and water meter pits. This includes landscaping, concrete and debris. If there is anything within the 3 foot radius it will be removed by the District's Operators.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors for WW&SD has voted to hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 4:00 PM at its office located at 4150 N Salt Creek Highway, Casper, Wyoming to discuss matters concerning litigation strategy with its attorneys and to discuss potential settlement authority to be given to certain Board Members for an upcoming negotiation related to potential claims it might have.

Credit /Debit Card Payment Issues

Please refrain from using the On-Line Bill Payment for the time being. We have experienced a problem that GovTeller is looking into. When We update the system it is adding a new charge for the same amount, there is a total of 3 (three) amounts that have been added to your Accounts.
We are trying to get this corrected as soon as possible.
